Shuttle Drivers – Transport families between boroughs as they begin their journey to reconnect with loved ones in upstate correctional facilities.
No commercial license required — a valid standard driver’s license (Class D) is all you need.
Bus Monitors – Assist passengers during boarding and provide customer service at our main dispatch location, where all buses depart for upstate visits. Your role is critical in creating a smooth, supportive experience for every family.
